A bespoke show is built rather than booked, and most of the work sits before the event, not on the night. We start with the brand, the room, the guest flow, and the moment the show has to carry. Everything after that is made to fit that brief. The concept, the choreography, and the look are developed for your event.
The concept is written for you. The choreography is created for your music, your stage, and your reveal. Costumes are produced for the cast that will wear them. Music can be composed or edited to the exact timing of a door opening or a curtain dropping. Rehearsal is scheduled so the cast arrives knowing the cue sheet instead of learning it on site.

For Union Fortress 10, a multi mall flashmob activation, we handled costume production and custom music production. For the Smart UAE car reveal, the flashmob concept had performers emerge through each vehicle in unique outfits representing different lifestyles. At the DAMAC Islands 2 launch, a programmed LED drummer show ran with synchronized screen content, alongside roaming characters and a live band. Elle Residences by ANAX Developments was a luxury themed launch with bespoke coral reef inspired performers, roaming guest interaction, and a live band. The DAMAC Broker Awards used custom produced costumes with refined live performers. Planned as a production, not as a booking
This is the part worth being direct about. A bespoke show asks for more planning than a booking, because more of it has to be made first: design, costume manufacture, music production, rehearsal, technical programming, and direction on the day. The cast is one part of a larger build.
That changes how you plan it. Most of the work happens long before anyone stands on stage, and it is shaped around your brand, your venue, and your audience. In return, the moment is designed to belong to your event rather than to sit inside it.
It needs lead time
Bespoke needs runway. Costumes are designed, cut, and fitted. Music is written, revised, and approved. Choreography is set, then rehearsed with the cast that will actually perform it. If the show has to lock to screen content or lighting, that programming has to be built and tested with the technical team before show day. Bring us in early so each step has room to breathe.
If the date is close, we will say so and offer a curated alternative instead of promising a build that cannot be done properly.
