We book and produce live entertainment for corporate events, launches, gala dinners, brand activations and private celebrations across the UAE and GCC — musicians, dancers, roaming acts, aerialists and bespoke shows built around your event rather than picked from a catalogue.

What an entertainment agency should actually do

Most agencies send a list. You pick from it, they book it, and the acts arrive on the day with no idea what the event is for. That is a supplier, not a partner.

We work the other way around. We look at the space, the guests, the timing and the feeling the event needs to create, then build the entertainment to fit. Every musician, dancer, roaming act or show is chosen to match the audience, theme, timing and emotion of the event.

Custom shows, not stock acts

Where the moment calls for it, we build the act from scratch: concept, choreography, costume production, music production and rehearsal. For Union Fortress 10 we ran a multi-mall flashmob activation with Emirati singers, custom costume production and custom music. For the smart UAE car reveal, performers emerged through each vehicle in outfits representing different lifestyles.

That work sits under creative direction - guest journey planning, costume direction and visual styling - not just talent supply.

Booking is the easy part. What protects your event is artist scheduling and briefing, on-site performer management and professional talent handling. We manage the lineup from planning through to delivery, so the acts land where the energy needs them.

Recent work includes the Mercedes-Benz Brand Center opening in Dubai Design District, the BMW showroom opening on Sheikh Zayed Road, DAMAC Riverside Launch with more than 20 artists, Sobha Stars with 60+ talents and a 30-dancer fusion flashmob, and a Time Out Market Dubai flashmob with 100+ adults, kids and staff performers.

We are based in Dubai and work across the UAE with a trusted network of performers, suppliers and creative partners throughout the GCC. We have delivered events beyond the UAE too, including a corporate retreat in Oman and a cultural performance in Doha.
